If you need to cancel your booking please email naroomapilates@hotmail.com or text 0415381860 as soon as you are able.
Your class plan or payment may be transferred to a new booking up to two times, or refunded if your cancellation occurs prior to 2 hours before your class begins.
No refunds or transfers will be permitted if you are a no show or no contact has been made 2 hours prior to the start of your booked class.
Class pass sales will not be refunded, you may transfer remaining valid class plans to another Narooma Pilates client, gift or sell them at your own discretion and with approval from Narooma Pilates.
Original expiry date applies.
